Ingard partners with intermediary focused estate agency

Ingrid has teamed up with Agent Online, a new estate agency which is geared towards intermediaries.

The partnership will see Agent Online’s services offered through Ingard’s network of appointed representatives (ARs), specialist distribution arm and directly authorised (DA) brokerage.

Agent Online is a web and telephony only estate agency, which market sellers’ properties for a fixed fee of £779 with no upfront fees. The fee includes a free property valuation, photos, floor plans, property description, for sale board and advertising on Rightmove, Zoopla and Prime Location for 12 months.

For every client listing Agent Online receives, the referring broker will be asked to qualify all potential buyers for that property. It says that in many cases, this will allow the broker to provide the potential buyers with whole of market mortgage advice and other services to ensure they are being recommended the best products to suit their needs. On average there are 20-30 potential buyers for every property listing.

To help Ingard’s members market the new service, Agent Online will provide a dual branded microsite, PDF literature and quarterly email marketing campaigns.

Dominic Toller, founder and director at Agent Online, said: “The team at Agent Online have developed and launched an estate agency service with a difference. Not only does it offer incredible value for money to vendors, literally saving them thousands on unnecessary fees, but we also have developed an offering designed 100% with mortgage brokers in mind.

“We see the intermediary market as key to our growth and I believe we are the first estate agent to partner with brokers in this way on a national basis.”

Nikki Haworth, sales and marketing director at Ingard, said: “We’re constantly looking for alternative services to add to our broker’s product suite, we are delighted to be partnering with Agent Online.

“Offering a first class service and saving a client thousands of pounds – what better way to satisfy and add value to your existing clients and get referrals for new business?”
