Blacks Connect has been appointed to the legal services panel of network Ingard Financial.

Ingard members can now refer business to the broker-focused conveyancing provider. Blacks Connect offers a ‘Search Promise’ that guarantees to pay the client’s search fees if their first purchase falls through.

Black Connect was launched in June by law firm Blacks Solicitors, which has provided legal services to lenders and estate agencies for over 20 years.

“We want to do business with partners that share our ethos of being trustworthy, professional and competitive,” said David Gilman (pictured), the partner in charge of Blacks Connect.

“Ingard works hard to ensure that its members get access to the best in the business and, like us, they do things properly. We look forward to providing their appointed representatives with a professional and efficient service they can rely on.”

Nikki Haworth, sales and marketing director of Ingard Financial, added: “Our members come first, so we only work with partners that can add value to our brokers’ businesses, and that we can trust. The team at Blacks Connect is committed to providing a great service to brokers, which mirrors the way we operate at Ingard.”
