Hope Capital increases maximum loan size

Published on

Bridging lender Hope Capital has increased its maximum loan size to £5 million.

Previously its maximum loan size was £1.5m.

In addition, it maintains the discretion and ability to increase this still further for “the right deal”.

Jonathan Sealey (pictured), chief executive officer of Hope Capital, said: “We are expanding rapidly having more than doubled our lending so far this year. As we expand we are receiving more calls for us to lend larger amounts. We have the funds to do this so it makes perfect sense.

“This will be of particular benefit to our development borrowers from London and other key cities, who want to undertake larger refurbishment projects.”
