HML has added a secure online card payment facility to its white-labelled website service.

This means that customers of its 50 clients can make payments and update their accounts online.

The financial outsourcer claims that the self-serve platform is the only client branded service available for residential mortgages in the UK.

It fully integrates with clients’ websites and was designed by online banking software specialists, Intelligent Environments, HML said.

HML’s IT director, Kim Brien, said: “We have invested in the service to help our clients make it as easy as possible for their borrowers to meet repayment responsibilities in a way that suits them.
