HLPartnership (HLP) has strengthened its sales and recruitment team with the appointment of Scott McAllister as senior recruitment manager.

Scott joins from PRIMIS Mortgage Network, where he held dual roles as national recruitment director and regional sales director, specialising in adviser recruitment, retention and business development.

He also brings experience from Tenet Group, where he progressed from sales business development manager to regional business manager.

In his new role, McAllister will work closely with HLP’s appointed representative firms to help them expand their businesses with targeted recruitment strategies and regionalised support.

He will also collaborate with Tom Barnett, HLP’s sales and recruitment director, to deliver the network’s wider growth and development plans.
