HLPartnership has added Afin Bank to its lender panel, giving advisers across the network access to another option for borrowers with more complex income profiles or wider eligibility needs.
The network said the addition would give its advisers access to residential lending of up to 95% loan-to-value and buy-to-let products of up to 75% loan-to-value.
Afin Bank supports a range of borrower types including first-time buyers, self-employed applicants, professionals, high-net-worth clients and foreign nationals living and working in the UK on a valid visa.
The lender’s criteria also include cases involving one year’s accounts for self-employed applicants, contractor income, income projections in certain scenarios and bespoke affordability assessments for high-net-worth clients.
For buy-to-let, Afin Bank also caters for first-time landlords and consumer buy-to-let cases, broadening the options available to advisers handling applications that may not fit more mainstream lending models.
