Mortgage network HL Partnership is offering its members two Abbey semi exclusives for purchase and remortgage.

The two year variable rate trackers are priced at 2.45% (4.1% APR purchase, 4.0% for remortgage) and are available up to 70% LTV.

Chris Tanner, managing director of HL Partnership, said: “We are delighted for our members that HL Partnership has been recognised by Abbey as a network with whom they want to do business. The products are an excellent starting point on which to build on our existing relationship and it is a huge vote of confidence in the networks development by one of the UK’s largest lenders.”””
