Halifax is offering first time buyers and home movers a £500 gift card for Currys PC World when they successfully apply for a qualifying mortgage.

The offer, which applies between 20 June and 14 August 2016, will see successful applicants receiving a branded gift card that can be spent online or in any Currys PC World store across the UK. The card will be delivered to the customer within 30 days of mortgage completion.

The deal is is available online, in branches and over the phone.

Chris Gowland, mortgages director at Halifax, said: “Buying a home can be expensive, leaving little spare cash, which often puts buying ‘new home’ comforts to the bottom of the list. This offer will help ease the financial pressure on first time buyers and home movers as they put the finishing touches to their new homes.”
