First 4 Bridging hires head of intermediary relations

First 4 Bridging (F4B) has appointed Besmir Kurti as head of intermediary relations for the South.

Kurti (pictured) re-joins F4B after time spent as senior business development manager at Bridge Invest Ltd. He was previously a business development manager at F4B and has also previously held similar roles at The Bridge Crowd and Avamore Capital.

He started his financial services career back in 2014 as a bridging underwriter at Enterprise Finance.

In his new role, he will look to strengthen and broaden the support that the packager provides to its growing band of intermediary partners and attract more introducers.

In February 2021, F4B expanded its intermediary proposition with the launch of the F4B Network.

Donna Wells, director at F4B, said: “Besmir is someone we know well here at F4B and he has the capabilities to provide the expertise, support and contacts that our introducers and intermediary partners expect in such a fast-paced and demanding marketplace.

“His role is key to the sustained growth of the business and in ensuring that we continue to deliver the highest service standards for which we are renowned throughout the industry.”
