Emma Lightfoot has joined Foundation Home Loans as marketing manager.

She joins the Bracknell-based specialist lender from Secure Trust Bank, where she was marketing manager for the mortgages function.

Lightfoot (pictured) began her career as a marketing graduate trainee at Northern Rock. Focussing her work in the intermediary markets, she has marketed financial services for over a decade, including roles with Zurich and Aon. Fully CeMAP qualified, she has also worked as a mortgage adviser.

Simon Bayley, commercial director at FHL, said: “We are delighted to welcome Emma to the business. Her role is to prepare and execute a marketing plan to place FHL at the forefront of the industry in the minds of professional advisers.

“2016 is going to see plenty of innovative activity from FHL and appointing someone of Emma’s capabilities puts our Marketing function in good hands.”

Lightfoot added: “This is a tremendous opportunity to help shape the direction of the business, which has already made huge strides in its first year. I am looking forward to the challenges ahead and to providing our sales team and valued partners with the tools to really put FHL on the map in 2016.”
