Malcolm Larmouth has joined the Exact Mortgage Experts as head of business development.
He joins the mortgage servicing company from Scarborough Mortgage Services where he was associate director of client relationships.
His role will be focussed on identifying and securing new clients onto Exact’s Intelligent Mortgage Servicing platform.
This news follows the recent announcement that Phil Jenks has joined Exact as non-executive director.
Larmouth said: “I am really pleased to be joining a forward thinking and progressive mortgage servicing company. The team at Exact have a very clear strategy together with the vision and the people to implement it. Intelligent mortgage servicing is a significant step forward for firms who choose to outsource their mortgage servicing and I look forward to discussing the many benefits with potential new clients.””
