E.surv maintains ISO9001 accreditation

E.surv has had its ISO 9001:2008 accreditation extended. The chartered surveyors has completely conformed to the requirements of the internationally recognised standard following an independent review by the British Standards Institution (BSi).

ISO 9001:2008 is the internationally recognised standard for quality management systems, maintained by the International Organisation for Standardisation. The standard requires companies to adhere to procedures covering all key processes in the their business: monitoring processes to ensure they are effective keeping adequate records checking output for defects, with appropriate and corrective action where necessary regularly reviewing individual processes and the quality system itself for effectiveness and facilitating continual improvement.

Richard Sexton, director of business development at surveyor e.surv said: “Processes governing the regimented documentation are of supreme importance to e.surv because they are of supreme importance to our lender clients.
