Dragonfly backing new Fusion Residential development

Published on

Dragonfly Property Finance has funded the purchase, by design house Fusion Residential, of a site on Park View Road in Ealing.

The short and medium-term lender also provided a development facility for the construction of six bespoke lateral apartments on the site, set to be a high-end development with gated underground car parking.

Named The Birchwood, the development will feature private concierge facilities exclusively for the residents and open-air terraces. Work is expected to start in the near future.

Nigel Henry, co-founder of Fusion Residential, said: “This was the first time we have worked with Dragonfly and they were efficient from start to finish. Our interests were completely aligned and the finance package came together quickly and with ease.”

Matt Smith, director of risk and recoveries at Dragonfly Property Finance, added: “Fusion Residential are a leader in their field. It was great to help them with their latest London development. Funding high-end developments in the capital is what Dragonfly thrives on and we look forward to working together on future projects.”
