Developer insurance offered by Move to Us

Move with Us has launched a new HomeServe insurance for developers to offer prospective buyers.

Launched in partnership with HomeServe, Move with Us provides developers with the option to purchase home emergency insurance as an added incentive to buyers of their resale homes.

Only payable on completion of the sale, the nsurance offers cover over the property for a year and includes , subject to terms and conditions, plumbing and drainage electricity supply primary heating system and security.

Peter Gammon, Move with Us director, said: “Recent research conducted by Move with Us revealed that developers are interested in any new sales and marketing tools that can speed up the sales process. This new insurance will be targeted at providing buyers with an additional level of confidence regarding a purchase and we will be promoting this service to buyers with flyers
