Debt management fulfilment service expands

Document collection service Face2Face is expanding its outsourced debt management fulfilment service.

Farnborough based Face2Face has a national network of over 200 agents who work with debt management companies, Intermediaries and lenders. They offer fulfilment services, having documents such as applications, contracts and supporting documentation completed and collected from clients’ homes or place of work and returned to the originating company for completion often within 24 hours of instruction.

Duncan Beddoes, national sales manager, said: “In an increasingly competitive market place it is key that documentation and supporting evidence are completed and returned as quickly as possible. It has been proven that in providing a complete fulfilment service to clients
