CSS academy trainees achieve perfect pass rate in AssocRICS assessments

Published on

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) is celebrating another milestone after its latest intake of academy trainees all successfully passed their AssocRICS assessments.

The 10 graduates recorded a 100% pass rate and will now begin their professional careers as surveyors under the continued guidance of mentors and trainers. The achievement takes the CSS Training Academy close to the 500-graduate mark since its launch.

The programme is overseen by Sarah Chalmers-Stevens, head of professional development, who has led the initiative with support from her personal development team and field surveyor mentors. She has been credited with shaping the academy into one of the leading training pathways in the profession.

Graduates are drawn from a wide range of backgrounds, bringing varied skills and experience into the business. CSS said this diversity strengthens the profession by ensuring that the next generation of surveyors better reflects the clients and communities they serve.

Matthew Cumber, managing director at Countrywide Surveying Services, said: “Our Training Academy continues to be a hugely successful initiative and one that we are immensely proud of.

“Achieving yet another 100% pass rate represents a fantastic achievement and is testament to the outstanding training and support network provided by the team.

“With nearly 500 graduates to date, the Academy is not only building careers but helping to secure the long-term future of the surveying sector for years to come.”
