CSF: telephone account managers more important than ever

Published on

Crystal Specialist Finance (CSF) has appointed Craig Kedian as telephone account manager for the north.

Kedian (pictured), who has held a similar title at both Unisure and Paymentshield, has over 16 years’ experience and will be responsible for nurturing existing relationships and creating fresh opportunities for the specialist distributor.

Jason Berry, group sales and marketing director at CSF, said: “As we embrace the virtual environment the telephone account manager becomes the main conduit with our brokers.

“With no face-to-face meetings likely to take place for the foreseeable future extra investment is certainly required to acquire top talent. These new recruits must be multi-skilled and able to interact fluently with brokers via the many different platforms so the best possible results and service are consistently delivered.

“The calibre of the telephone account manager must meet exacting and new standards, and this is reflected in Craig’s appointment.”
