Coventry Intermediaries has removed its upfront £199 booking fee on its residential and offset product ranges for a limited period.

Rates start from 1.65% and the products include a range of options, including fixed rates with no ERCs and Flexx for Term products.

Kevin Purvey, Coventry Building Society’s head of intermediaries, said: “This early Christmas present for all Residential and Offset borrowers, no matter if they are buying a new property or mortgaging their existing property, is a great way of reducing the upfront cost of a mortgage.

“And of course, don’t forget all residential products already include a valuation up to £670 and access to our Remortgage Transfer Service.”
