Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has renewed its partnership with Capital Private Finance under an exclusive survey referral arrangement, giving the brokerage’s advisers direct access to a broad range of home condition reports.

The agreement is designed to help borrowers arrange an appropriate level of inspection at the right point in the transaction, with a view to improving understanding of a property’s condition before completion.

CSS said it will continue to deploy its technology platform to manage instructions and report delivery, with the aim of maintaining consistency and efficiency across the customer journey.

The business operates in residential surveying, valuation panel management and property risk services, and is supported by more than 450 in-house RICS-qualified registered valuers across the UK.

Capital Private Finance works closely with private banks and specialist lenders to structure tailored lending solutions for clients, many of whom are involved in complex or high-value transactions.

The renewed partnership reflects a shared focus on advice standards and co-ordination between mortgage and surveying stages of the purchase process.

Kharla Mullen (pictured), chief operating officer at Countrywide Surveying Services, said: “Capital Private Finance is well respected for its expertise in specialist lending and its focus on client outcomes.

“This partnership is a good fit for both businesses and reflects a shared approach to quality and support.

“By working together, we are making it easier for Capital Private Finance clients to access trusted survey options.

“This will help advisers guide borrowers through the surveying process with confidence, from the initial referral through to delivery of the final report.”

James Keable, financial services director at Capital Private Finance, added: “We are pleased to renew our partnership with Countrywide Surveying Services, a business that shares our commitment to quality advice and exceptional customer outcomes.

“Having direct access to CSS’s comprehensive range of home survey options strengthens the support we can offer clients as they navigate complex property purchases.

“Our advisers work closely with customers who often require individually tailored lending solutions, and ensuring they have clear, expert insight into a property’s condition is an essential part of that journey.

“This renewed partnership enables us to provide a more seamless experience from mortgage advice through to independent surveying, helping clients make confident, informed decisions.”
