Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has announced a strategic partnership with CoreLogic UK on a surveying technology solution to improve the lender and client valuation journey.

The partnership will see CSS adopt CoreLogic UK’s mobile application and workflow management software to support the completion of mortgage valuation reports across the business. It will also provide CSS with the platform to develop solutions to meet market and consumer demands following the launches of EnergyFact and PropertyFact.

CoreLogic UK delivers surveying and workflow technology, combined with data and analytical insights. It has been designed to help streamline operations, improve performance and mitigate property related risk. Approximately 80% of all UK mortgage valuations are processed using its technology.

Matthew Cumber (pictured), managing director at Countrywide Surveying Services, said: “This partnership supports our aims of improving the customer journey for our lending partners and their borrowers, while also providing a cutting-edge tech solution for our surveyors out in the field.

“CoreLogic UK is a leading force within the valuations industry and we look forward to a long and fruitful partnership which will help us make even smarter decisions throughout the business and gain the necessary support to develop a host of innovative and cost-effective data-driven solutions going forward.”

Mark Blackwell, chief operating officer at CoreLogic UK, added: “CoreLogic UK is delighted to be partnering with Countrywide Surveying Services. Our working together will mean we can bring our full suite of mortgage valuation and work-flow solutions to a leading player in its markets. It is the culmination of a lot of hard work on both sides that puts both companies at the forefront of the evolving survey and valuation industry.”
