Countrywide Surveying Services holds CPD conferences

Countrywide Surveying Services (CSS) has held a programme of internal CPD conferences.

They took place in Farnborough, Bristol, Coventry, and Leeds.

The theme for this year’s conferences was ‘Our Preferred Future.’ The events focused on how CSS can continue to build on the momentum it generated last year in 2025 through technology, AI, personal and professional development, and new opportunities.

Attendees also benefited from CPD sessions delivered by its tech services team.

The conferences also celebrated the achievements of its talented professionals across the business with a dedicated awards ceremony, recognising those who have made outstanding contributions throughout the year.

Matthew Cumber, managing director at Countrywide Surveying Services, said: “These conferences reaffirm our dedication to continuous learning, leadership development, and technological innovation, ensuring our people remain at the forefront of an ever-evolving industry.

“We’ve enjoyed welcoming our teams across all four locations and shaping the future of surveying together.”

Rebecca Freeman (pictured), director of field operations at Countrywide Surveying Services, added: “Face-to-face conferences and get-togethers continue to be a priority for us. They provide a fantastic opportunity for our teams to connect, socialise, and receive key business updates, as well as complete valuable CPD.

“The feedback from the team on these events has been incredible and I hope they have inspired collaboration, strengthen relationships, and equip our teams with the knowledge and motivation to drive future success.”
