Conveybuddy announces new appointment and internal promotions

Conveyancing distributor conveybuddy has appointed Laila Khan as its new sales support manager, adding further experience to its broker-facing operation.

Khan joins with immediate effect and will play a central role in supporting conveybuddy’s account management team as the business continues to expand.

She brings extensive experience from previous roles working with brokers and conveyancers, and has previously worked alongside conveybuddy’s directors at their former company.

Known for her detailed knowledge and ability to train and develop team members, Khan is expected to help strengthen the firm’s service to brokers amid a period of rapid growth.

The company has also announced two internal promotions. Amy Innes has been appointed operations director, while Hannah Simmonds becomes senior account manager.

Conveybuddy said the appointments follow a strong period of growth, marked by rising broker registrations, higher engagement and growing demand for its transparent conveyancing solutions.

Launched in 2024, conveybuddy provides a technology-driven panel management service, offering advisers streamlined access to sale, purchase, remortgage – including all-inclusive – and survey cases. The firm’s leadership team has over 80 years of combined experience in conveyancing distribution.

Harpal Singh, founder and chief executive of conveybuddy, said: “We’re really pleased to welcome Laila to the team. She’s well known to us, having worked closely together in the past, and brings a wealth of knowledge and enthusiasm to the role.

“Her experience in developing an account management team to support brokers’ needs is invaluable as we continue to expand our reach and build stronger relationships across the broker and conveyancing markets.”
