Conveybuddy adds two account hires

Conveyancing distributor conveybuddy has appointed two account-focused team members as it expands broker support following a sharp rise in instructions and adviser registrations.

Simran Bhangra has joined the business as an account manager, while Polly Knight has been appointed business development executive.

The pair will work with conveybuddy’s broker users, with a focus on helping firms grow their conveyancing business and providing support across client cases.

The appointments come after a period of strong growth for the business. Conveybuddy said instruction volumes in February 2026 were more than 27% higher than any month recorded in 2025, while the number of brokers submitting cases is already 16% above the previous peak seen in October last year.

The firm now has more than 3,200 registered brokers using its platform. It said the increase in activity reflects growing dissatisfaction among advisers with hidden fees and unclear pricing in the conveyancing market, alongside a wider push for greater transparency for clients.

Conveybuddy said it is increasing its account management capacity in order to maintain service levels as its broker base expands. The new hires will work with both existing and new broker partners, with the aim of increasing conveyancing sales and strengthening relationships with introducers.

Bhangra (pictured, left) joins with experience spanning legal, estate agency and property services. Most recently, she worked at Lifetime Legal as a property service legal advisor in conveyancing.

Knight (pictured, right) previously worked at Conveyancing Index, where she was a team senior.

Harpal Singh, chief executive officer at conveybuddy, said: “Demand from brokers for our products and services continues to grow at a very strong rate and that is clearly reflected in the numbers we are seeing across the platform.

“Instruction levels are already well ahead of last year and we are continuing to see more brokers register with us every week.

“A big part of that growth is down to the fact brokers are becoming increasingly frustrated with hidden fees and pricing structures that are not always clear from the outset. They want a solution that is transparent and straightforward for both them and their clients.

“As our broker base grows it is essential that we continue to invest in excellent people who can support those firms and help them get the most the clear business and income opportunity that exists.

“Simran and Polly both bring relevant experience from within the property and conveyancing sectors and will play an important role as we continue to build the business.”
