Attendees at Complete FS’s recent Circus Big Top themed Expo saw the presentation of a special award to Stevie Mansfield, a key member of the firm’s underwriting team.

Steve Griffiths, Kensington’s director of sales & distribution, presented Mansfield with a trophy and a bottle of champagne for being the first winner of Kensington’s Specialist Distribution Award for Fastest Offer on packaged cases.

Tony Salentino, Complete FS’ director, said: “The award came as a complete surprise to Stevie and it was fantastic to see her honoured in front of our intermediary partners, many of whom deal with Stevie and her colleagues every day.

“Kensington is to be congratulated for putting the spotlight on the people, who actually do the real work to get mortgage cases through successfully, as well as reminding brokers how much lenders like Kensington appreciate the work done by the Complete FS team.”

Griffiths added: “I was delighted to be able to make our first award to Stevie Mansfield in front of so many people. At Kensington, we value the work done by our distribution partners and it is no surprise that Complete FS provided our first winner as their processing is always of a particularly high standard that enables us to make fast and positive decisions and get offers out quickly.”
