Claire Budden has rejoined Complete FS, becoming its new associate director of operations.

She worked for the South Coast based specialist lending packager for five years between 2005 and 2010 and in the seven years since her departure from Complete, Burden was a member of the management team within a local financial services firm.

Tony Salentino, director of Complete FS, said: “Claire’s knowledge of our business is priceless and her experience in management will mean she’ll fit in with the team perfectly. She has proven ability in the implementation of new departments, the merger of existing ones and the retraining of staff against new goals in line with new company structures.

“We’re thrilled she’s come back to a business that’s been growing year on year. Her 20 years’ experience in the financial services industry will be invaluable and being a keen supporter of Southampton FC, she will fit in well with the other directors.”

Budden added: “It’s been amazing to rejoin Complete. They still have the same positive work ethic and have even improved their proposition in recent years. I’m really looking forward to my new role and making the proposition even better.”
