Complete FS expands lending panel

Published on

Specialist packager Complete FS has announced the addition of Bluestone Mortgages to its lending panel.

Bluestone’s specialist products have been designed to help brokers support those clients which do not fit the conventional residential lending profile, with particular emphasis in adverse credit, self employed and contractors.

Bluestone is trialing its products through a small selective number of distributors, including Complete FS.

Tony Salentino (pictured), director of Complete FS, said: “We are delighted to be one of the few distributors appointed to help Bluestone Mortgages pilot their new products and test their system capabilities.

“They bring a fresh approach which will be of particular value to clients with unusual circumstances, whose search for reasonably priced funding has been thwarted.”

Matt Andrews, managing director of Bluestone, added: “It was important for us to find suitably qualified partners through whom we could test our service and Complete FS, which has a long and distinguished track record of service to the intermediary market and its lenders, was a natural choice.

“We look forward to working with Tony and his team and developing our business in the years to come.”
