Complete FS to distribute Kensington’s products

Kensington is now on the lending panel of Complete FS, the South Coast based packager.

Complete FS will offer all of Kensington’s core range of residential and buy-to-let products, as well as a 90% LTV residential semi-exclusive.

Rates on this 90% product start at 4.89% for a two-year fixed rate and 5.19% for a three year fixed rate.

Kensington, which recently announced its plan to build closer relationships with major packager distributors, specialises in helping clients of intermediaries whose circumstances require special consideration, including self employed and contractors and those whose credit situation or income requires individual assessment by an experienced underwriter.

Tony Salentino (pictured), Complete FS director, said: “It’s like welcoming back an old friend. Kensington has been a consistent supporter of the intermediary market and has been at the forefront of innovation and service during that time.

“It was one of the first lenders to embrace the concept of supporting packagers and we are thrilled to be working with them and I know our introducers will enjoy the benefits of this forward thinking lender.”

Steve Griffiths, head of sales and distribution at Kensington, added: “Packagers are an important resource for brokers, providing them with a simple way of sourcing and placing their more complex cases. And they are an important distribution channel for Kensington as we look to grow our business. We are really looking forward to working with Complete FS on distributing our core range and developing new products to provide more options for their introducers in the future.”
