Complete FS, the South Coast packager, has appointed Graham McCabe as business development manager (BDM) for the South West.

McCabe (pictured) has worked for firms including Barclays Bank and Paragon Mortgages and has also run his own brokerage.

He will report to Damian Cain, who has recently been made a director of Complete FS.

Cain said: “We are delighted to welcome Graham to the Complete FS family. His experience of the intermediary market both in his past broker development work for lenders and having been a broker himself, gives him a unique perspective of the needs of intermediaries and the issues they face.”

McCabe added: “I have known Complete’s directors for many years and watched while they have successfully built their business.

“I am looking forward to helping the company continue to grow by bringing my experience to bear showing advisers how Complete FS can help them and their clients with all their specialist lending needs.”
