Colenko launches free valuations and legals promotion

Published on

Colenko has launched its Euro Fever promotion, which includes a Euro-themed perk for brokers.

The promotion is primarily aimed at borrowers, who will benefit from free valuation and legals up to £3,000 on qualifying bridging applications submitted before the Euro Quarter-Finals on 5 July.

In addition, Colenko is also offering a broker bonus of up to £10,000 on qualifying cases if England go on to win Euro 24.

Colenko is a specialist lender offering bridging and development finance. Its Euro Fever promotion applies across its full range of bridging products including Development Exit up to 80% LTV, Refurb up to 75% Net, and Fast Track (using AVMs and title insurance).

Rob Roscoe (pictured), CEO of Colenko, said: “Incorporating an international tournament like the Euros into our promotions is a great way to get behind the country. We just have to hope that the performance against Iceland was a blip.”
