C&M Wealth integrates bridging criteria with Knowledge Bank

Published on

C&M Wealth has become the latest specialist bridging lender to upload its criteria to Knowledge Bank, giving advisers real-time access to its lending approach.

The move is designed to support more accurate case placement across the UK property market, as brokers gain direct visibility of the lender’s requirements for residential, semi-commercial and commercial transactions.

BRIDGING OFFERING EXPANDED

C&M Wealth specialises exclusively in bridging finance, providing facilities for purchases, refinances, capital raising, auction acquisitions and refurbishment projects, as well as development schemes. Terms of up to 24 months are available, with loan sizes up to £2 million gross.

The lender, which operates across England and Wales, promotes flexible underwriting and a pragmatic approach to case assessment. Rates begin at 0.90%.

Its client base includes individuals, limited companies and LLPs, with company-structured borrowing highlighted as an area of growing demand among brokers.

FOCUS ON BROKER SUPPORT

Leigh Harwood, head of underwriting at C&M Wealth, said: “We are excited to announce our new partnership with Knowledge Bank, which will further strengthen our ability to support brokers and clients seeking tailored solutions within the bridging and specialist finance markets.

“Knowledge Bank’s unparalleled expertise and extensive criteria platform will significantly enhance our reach and elevate the level of service we provide.

“Together, we are confident that we can deliver exceptional opportunities and strategic support for clients looking to expand and optimise their property portfolios.”

Julie Bourne, criteria and partnerships manager at Knowledge Bank, added: “We’re delighted to welcome C&M Wealth to Knowledge Bank. We continue to grow and build out our bridging and development finance options for brokers.”

“C&M Wealth will provide a valuable new solution for our brokers.”
