Clydesdale rejigs residential mortgage rates

Clydesdale Bank has made changes to its residential mortgage offering.

The changes are as follows:

  • Selected residential 85% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.11 percentage points
  • Residential 90% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.30 percentage points
  • Residential 95% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates have been reduced by up to 0.27 percentage points.

Its residential 95% LTV fixed rates with £999 fee will now come with a free valuation for purchase customers on properties up to £3m.

Other changes are as follows:

  • Selected residential 75% LTV 2 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.05 percentage points
  • Selected residential 75% LTV 5 year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.10 percentage points.
