Clydesdale Bank ups selected residential and BTL rates

Clydesdale Bank has increased a number of its fixed rate mortgages.

In its Core 75%-95% LTV offering, two and five-year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.23 percentage points.

Meanwhile, £1m+ two and five-year fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.21 percentage points and Professional and Newly Qualified Professional fixed rates have been increased by up to 0.19 percentage points.

In its buy-to-let range,  at 60-75% LTV, Clydesdale Bank has increased two-year fixed rates by up to 0.16 percentage points and five-year fixes by up to 0.34 percentage points.

In addition, selected two and five-year fixed rates which are currently only available to existing customers have been made available to all customers.
