Clydesdale Bank to increase selected BTL and residential mortgage rates

Clydesdale Bank is making changes to its product range today at 8pm.

Core two and five-year fixed rates at 75%-95% LTV will be increased by up to 0.20 percentage points.

In addition, 90% LTV £600k+ fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.27 percentage points.

At £1m and over, two and five-year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.20 percentage points.

Meanwhile, Professional and Newly Qualified Professional rates will be increased by up to 0.20 percentage points.

On the buy-to-let side, Clydesdale’s 75% LTV two-year fixed rate with £1,999 fee will be increased by 0.05 percentage points. Its £1m+ 75% LTV tw-year fixe with £2,999 fee will be increased by 0.05 percentage points.
