Clydesdale Bank raises selected residential and buy-to-let rates

Clydesdale Bank is increasing a number of residential and buy-to-let product transfer rates from 26 March.

The lender said its two-year discounted variable rate products across core residential purchase and remortgage will rise by 20 basis points (bps).

Within core residential product transfers, two-year discounted variable rate products will also increase by 20bps, while two-year and five-year fixed rate products will rise by up to 78bps.

Clydesdale Bank is also increasing core buy-to-let product transfer rates, with two-year and five-year fixed rate products going up by up to 60bps.

The changes take effect on Thursday 26 March.
