Clydesdale Bank launches new interest-only exclusives

Clydesdale Bank is introducing new mortgage products on Tuesday 13 February.

The new deals are as follows:

Exclusive residential deals:

  • New Interest Only £1m-£2m 65% and 75% LTV 2 and 5-year fixed rates will be launched from 4.18%.
  • Selected purchase and remortgage fixed rates will have their minimum loan size reduced to £150,000.

New and existing residential customer products:

  • Selected 95% LTV 2 and 5 year fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.30%.

Professional products:

  • Selected Professional and Newly Qualified Professional fixed rates will be reduced by up to 0.60%.
  • Selected Professional fixed rates will have their minimum loan size reduced to £100,000.

The end dates will move to May of the relevant year.

The bank is also making these changes at 8pm on Monday 12 February:

  • Selected residential fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.20%.
  • Selected Professional and Newly Qualified Professional fixed rates will be withdrawn.
  • Exclusive 65% LTV residential purchase fixed rates will be withdrawn.
