Clydesdale Bank increases two and five-year fixed rates

Clydesdale Bank has announced its latest series of mortgage rate increases.

The changes are taking place at 8pm tonight (30 June).

The new rates will show on sourcing systems and its online application system from 1 July.

Rate changes are as follows:

  • Core 65% – 95% LTV two and five-year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.34 percentage points
  • £1m+ 65% – 85% LTV two and five-year fixed rates will be increased by up to 0.24 percentage points
  • Professional and Newly Qualified Professional rates will be increased by up to 0.30 percentage points
  • Buy-to-let two and five-year fixed rates will be increased by 0.36 percentage points.
