Clydesdale Bank cuts selected mortgage rates

Clydesdale Bank is making changes to its mortgage offering on Thursday 27 May.

The bank’s 90% LTV first-time buyer exclusive two-year fixed rate at 2.89% with £1,999 fee will be withdrawn.

Meanwhile, at 85% LTV two and five-year fixed rates with £999 fee will be reduced, starting from 2.48%.

At the same LTV, the two-year fixed rate fee offer will be reduced to 2.78%.

In addition, the 85% LTV professional and newly qualified professional two-year fixed rates will be reduced, starting from 2.65%.
