Castle Trust unveils secure email service

Castle Trust is offering a new service which will enable the lender and its intermediary partners to correspond using encrypted emails “quickly and easily”.

The lender will also allow brokers to upload files directly onto the encrypted system.

Alex Upton, director of sales at Castle Trust, said: “Information security is a top priority at Castle Trust and the launch of our new secure email service provides a quick and easy way to protect sensitive information.

“We will continue to invest in improving the experience of brokers who work with Castle Trust, supporting our flexible and commercial approach to underwriting with new technology designed to improve service and security.”
