Brokers confirm AFI service improvement

Abbey for Intermediaries (AFI) claimed a 50% rise in broker satisfaction levels for customer service.

According to an independent survey of more than 400 intermediaries, over 72% of intermediaries said they are either satisfied or extremely satisfied with the service they now receive from AFI. 2% said they were dissatisfied.

Over the past year, the lender has introduced a number of changes, reducing its average mortgage offer to nine days.
