Brilliant Solutions moves to OMS platform in CRM partnership

Brilliant Solutions is moving its core client and case management systems onto the One Mortgage System platform as part of a new CRM partnership.

One Mortgage System (OMS) has agreed a partnership with Brilliant Solutions following a review of the latter’s existing systems.

Brilliant Solutions said the move will centralise client data, improve case tracking and support more consistent processes for advisers and lender partners, while also giving the business a platform for future growth.

The firm will use OMS across its work as a direct-to-lender mortgage club, specialist mortgage packager, secured loan packager and provider of bridging, development and commercial finance.

It said using a single CRM across those areas should improve information sharing and oversight across different case types.

OMS said its platform covers residential, buy-to-let, second charge, equity release, bridging and commercial mortgages, as well as general insurance and protection.

Dale Jannels

Dale Jannels, chief executive of One Mortgage System, said: “Brilliant Solutions is a well-known and highly respected name in the intermediary market.

“Its model involves managing complex cases across multiple lending areas, so having a single CRM is essential to delivering a wide range of client needs, supported by one platform that brings data, processes and visibility together.

“This partnership also reflects a wider trend we are seeing, where established firms are reviewing their systems and looking for technology that supports how they actually work, rather than forcing them to adapt around it.”

Michael Craig (main picture), managing director at Brilliant Solutions, added: “Choosing to adopt OMS is a really important step forward for us at Brilliant. As we continue to grow, it’s vital that we invest in the right infrastructure to support our brokers and deliver a seamless experience for our clients.

“OMS allows us to simplify the process, improve communication, and stay closer to every case from start to finish.

“It also gives our brokers the freedom to focus on what they do best, building relationships and writing more business, while we ensure the journey is managed efficiently in the background.

“It’s a forward-thinking move that not only strengthens our proposition today but sets us up for the next phase of growth.”
