Brilliant Solutions has promoted Ivan Vizor to the role of sales director, following a period of sustained growth for the mortgage club.
The appointment comes as the business continues to expand its distribution footprint, with Brilliant Solutions reporting strong performance relative to the wider market during 2025. The company said Vizor has played a central role in that progress, particularly through his work with intermediary partners.
Vizor (pictured) joined Brilliant Solutions in 2019 and has since held a number of senior sales positions. The firm said his approach to leadership and broker engagement has been closely aligned with its culture and long-term strategy.
Commenting on his promotion, Vizor said: “I’m honoured and delighted to be stepping into this role at Brilliant Solutions.
