Brilliant adds Scroll Finance to loans panel

Published on

Brilliant Group has added Scroll Finance to the secured loans panel of its specialist master broker business, Brilliant Loans, strengthening its support for brokers advising buy-to-let landlords.

The partnership gives advisers access to Scroll Finance’s buy-to-let second charge range and its proprietary Neo platform, expanding the options available for landlords seeking flexible capital-raising solutions without disturbing existing first charge mortgages.

Scroll’s proposition is designed to support both individual and limited company or SPV borrowers, with solutions for portfolio and non-portfolio landlords.

MULTI-PROPERTY LENDING

Features include multi-property lending across up to 10 properties, an optional Home Equity Line of Credit for staged drawdowns, and a “Flexi-Fixed” option that aligns the second charge fixed rate with the remaining term on the first charge.

Brilliant Loans operates alongside Brilliant Group’s other brands, including Brilliant Solutions and Brilliant Money, and focuses exclusively on secured lending.

The addition of Scroll Finance enhances the group’s ability to support complex buy-to-let and portfolio scenarios that sit outside mainstream criteria.

RESPECTED NAME

Michael Craig (main picture), Managing Director at Brilliant, said: “The whole team and I here at Brilliant Group are absolutely delighted and incredibly proud that Scroll Finance have chosen to partner with our second charge business, Brilliant Loans.

“Scroll are a fantastic business and a hugely respected name in the market, so welcoming them onto our lending panel is genuinely exciting for us, our intermediaries and their clients.

“Beccy Bates and the team at Brilliant Loans are really looking forward to working closely with Scroll to build a strong, collaborative partnership that delivers real value for brokers and outstanding outcomes for their clients.”

CERTAINTY, SPEED AND TRUST

John Webb, head of lending at Scroll Finance, added: “We’re delighted to partner with Brilliant to broaden access to our second charge proposition focused on buy-to-let landlords.

“Our products support a variety of real needs – whether it’s home improvements, debt consolidation, property investment, or other large expenses such as private school fees.

“We’ve built Scroll to combine certainty, speed and trust, and we look forward to supporting Brilliant’s advisers with a high-quality, broker-first service.”
