Specialist short-term lender Kuflink has once again secured its place on the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ list for 2025.

This marks the second consecutive year the Gravesend-based firm has been recognised for its workplace culture and community engagement.

The accolade places Kuflink among a select group of small UK companies commended for prioritising the wellbeing and professional development of their staff, while also making a meaningful contribution to the wider community. The Sunday Times highlighted the company’s efforts to empower employees in shaping their careers, alongside the establishment of a charitable initiative supporting young people in the area.

Molly Hepburn (pictured), director at Kuflink, said: “People and culture create the essence of any business which is why we focus on the happiness of our team. Having a sense of empowerment and wellbeing allows our people to thrive, be recognised and rewarded.

“I would like to take this opportunity to thank the Kuflink team for their passion, resilience and positive attitude in driving our success, together.”

Reflecting on the firm’s consecutive recognition, Hepburn added: “We are delighted to have been recognised by The Sunday Times for the second year in a row as we won our place as one of the Best Places to Work in 2024 as well. Our success is a result of the effort our team puts in every day. We’re immensely proud of their dedication and commitment.

“Being recognised as one of the Best Places to Work reinforces our belief that investing in our people pays off. We actively encourage our teams to share their ideas and suggestions.

“Every contribution is taken seriously, creating an environment where creativity and fresh perspectives thrive. We want to attract talented individuals who join our team, grow with us, and advance their careers within Kuflink.”
