Bridger named one of Best Places to Work for second consecutive year

Specialist short-term lender Kuflink has once again secured its place on the Sunday Times ‘Best Places to Work’ list for 2025.

This marks the second consecutive year the Gravesend-based firm has been recognised for its workplace culture and community engagement.

The accolade places Kuflink among a select group of small UK companies commended for prioritising the wellbeing and professional development of their staff, while also making a meaningful contribution to the wider community. The Sunday Times highlighted the company’s efforts to empower employees in shaping their careers, alongside the establishment of a charitable initiative supporting young people in the area.
