Blimey! New secured loan packager launches

A new secured loan packager has started trading.

Blimey! Loans is based in Perth and was set up by brothers Alistair and Murray Ewing.

Managing director Alistair Ewing was co-founder of Allscot Finance Ltd, which packaged secured loans from 1997 until its rebrand to Network Loans in early 2009.

Murray Ewing will head up business development at Blimey! in his capacity as sales and marketing director.

The brothers are joined by chartered accountant Elaine Scott who joins as finance director. She has 15 years’ experience running her own accountancy practice and delivering business advice to SMEs.

Maeve Ward, head of sales at Link Loans, said: “I dealt with the Blimey! boys at their previous company and would have no hesitation in recommending their services. I wish them well with their new venture.”””
