Black & White Bridging products now on Knowledge Bank

Black & White Bridging’s product range is now available to intermediaries using Knowledge Bank’s criteria search platform.

Knowledge Bank now holds the full criteria of over 270 lenders with over 135,000 individual pieces of criteria.

Black & White will be celebrating its first anniversary in April as a national lender.

Damien Druce (pictured), commercial director at Black & White Bridging, said: “At Black & White we believe in being absolutely transparent when dealing with brokers and their clients. Having our criteria on the Knowledge Bank platform will help more intermediaries ensure that they know exactly what we can and cannot do.

“At a time when criteria are becoming increasingly more complex, Knowledge Bank provides a valuable resource for the intermediary market.”

Jordan Garside, lender relationship manager at Knowledge Bank, added: “We are delighted to add Black & White Bridging to our platform. Their transparent lending philosophy matches our desire to give brokers as much lender information as possible.

“Both companies strive to ensure brokers have the best chance to improve outcomes for our broker clients and their customers quickly and professionally.”
