Black & White Bridging hires new relationship manager

Black & White Bridging has appointed David McCarthy as its new relationship manager.

He has been recruited to help develop, manage and grow new and existing intermediary relationships for the specialist lender.

McCarthy (pictured) has nine years previous experience in the industry, latterly with Access Financial Services where he was mortgage services manager. He will work closely with Adam Tyler, who was recently appointed to lead new business development as director of intermediaries.

Tyler said: “David has an impressive record of achievement in his career and will be a welcome addition to the sales team working with me to develop existing and new relationships.

“He is very results focussed and I know that our introducers will be impressed with his work rate and willingness to go the extra mile for them and their clients.

“Black & White is in the middle of significant expansion and David will play a key role in developing and introducing more brokers to our proposition.”

McCarthy added: “I am delighted to have joined Black & White Bridging. I see the building of intermediary relationships as the key to our expansion and my experience will be a crucial advantage as I take the Black & White proposition to the intermediary market.

“I’d encourage any brokers to speak with us to see how we can support their clients with our speed of service and truly transparent approach to lending.”
