Specialist lender Black & White Bridging has appointed Jess Caton as lending manager.

Caton (pictured) joins from Aspen Bridging where she spent just over a year in an underwriter’s role and will further assist Black & White to complete more short-term loans to support intermediaries and their clients.

The bridging lender, based between Bath and Bristol, has been on a recruitment drive in recent months as the company plans further growth.

Oliver Bland, director of lending at Black & White, said: “We’re delighted to welcome Jess to Black & White, despite being in the early stages of her career, she will bring both energy and experience along with new ideas on how we can improve our lending capability.

“We’re growing with ever accelerating velocity and as such, Jess’s appointment will only enhance our ability to execute a greater number of transactions for our valued brokers and borrowers alike.”
