Bridging Finance Solutions (BFS) has announced three new key appointments.

Debbie Range, Adam Bluma and Andy Greenhalgh, join the growing business development team as managers, each with a national remit.

Greenhalgh joins the team with over eight years spent at a large national brokerage, formerly as business development team leader. CeMAP and CeRER qualified, he brings a brokerage background to his new role with numerous contacts and relationships throughout the sector.

Range has worked in financial services for over 25 years, predominantly in BDM roles for high street lenders as well as time spent in a mortgage broker role. CeMap qualified, she comes to BFS from a bridging finance specialist, bringing direct experience in short term lending.

Steve Barber, managing director of BFS, said: “Making these three new appointments will add real weight to the team. What we have is three highly experienced and knowledgeable individuals whose backgrounds are completely varied, meaning that they will bring very different strengths and attributes to the business.

“BFS continues to grow and the appointments that we make is pivotal to our continued success. I believe all three will grow to become true assets to the business development team and will help elevate BFS further still, raising awareness of the products and services we offer to our niche areas of the market place on which we focus.”
