Best small company award for Source Insurance

Published on

Source Insurance has been declared the 26th best small company to work for in the UK.

It was one of only two Welsh companies in the Sunday Times Best Small Companies to work for in the UK and the only insurance broking business to make the top 100 shortlist.

The Sunday Times Best Companies List showcases the very best in workplace engagement, with a total of 798 firms in the running this year. 440,000 surveys were distributed to employees nationwide, prompting them for their anonymous feedback on a number of factors that determined their satisfaction in the workplace.

Phil Lewis (pictured), head of HR and compliance at Source Insurance, said: “It feels very satisfying to get this recognition from our colleagues, which reflects how hard we all work to nurture the culture and values we share.

“We know that if people at Source are happy with the company, they are much more likely to care about the service which they deliver to our customers.  So we really appreciate awards like this, as it’s sign that we’re doing the right things for our people, and our customers.”
