BDM shake-up at Paymentshield

Paymentshield is reorganising its field sales force, with its business development managers moving to a territory management based approach.

The insurer says BDM will be allocated one of 10 territories and given more decision-making responsibility, “enabling early responses to area-specific challenges and opportunities””
